Friendly and helpful staff at the resort. They will help to organize the crowds, those getting lift tickets or rental gear. My gear rental was simple and straight forward. after filling up the form, i was directed to the cafe cashier to make payment. Thereafter proceeded to the rental side to hand in the rental form. My boards and shoes were ready in 5mins. Lifts close at 4pm. Queue for the shuttle buses back to the station starts way ahead of their scheduled timing. Be sure to buffer enough time to return gear and change. Dont wait till last minute. There are 3 types of buses. 1. Resort Bus 2. Orange Bus 3. Blue bus. Lots of tourists waiting in line even though it was a weekday. Toilets, lockers and changing rooms are on the 2nd lvl. Multiple chair lifts available to reach various sections. The tree run was amazing when there's no crowd. Otherwise it may get cramped.
