Please note the following when participating in this course:
Participant age: 10 to 55 years old
Clothing and what to bring: ◎ About clothing, etc. You should wear a swimsuit (surf shorts or other shorts are fine), and women should wear a swimsuit (bikini or one-piece) underneath. On top of that, you should wear a T-shirt or rash guard that you don't mind getting wet, and surf shorts or shorts over your swimsuit. Women can also wear synthetic spats underneath. Shoes (water shoes or sneakers with thin soles that don't mind getting wet) Water shoes are available for rental (200 yen). If you would like water shoes, please let us know your size in advance. Sandals are not allowed when kayaking. (Sandals are prone to coming off and could be swept away if you capsize.) If you wear glasses, wear eyeglass bands. If you wear contact lenses, disposable lenses are recommended. That's all. ◎ What to bring, etc. There will be an explanation on land. It's hot on the riverbank, so please bring a hat or something similar. We will provide drinks, but it would be a good idea if you could bring your own water or sports drinks. Please also bring sunscreen.
Rental equipment: As mentioned above, Water shoes (200 yen) are available. *Please note that we do not have water shoes for children under 21cm. Other gear (helmets, life jackets, etc.) is free of charge.
