Participant age: 5 to 65 years old
Clothing and what to bring: [Clothing] Since you will be outdoors for an extended period of time, please bring your own cold weather gear. We recommend wearing a winter hat, gloves, and synthetic underwear, avoiding cotton. We recommend a wool or fleece mid-layer and a waterproof, breathable jacket. Your feet may get a little wet, so please wear waterproof and warm clothing. Also, it is very cold on the ice, and your feet will get cold. If you don't have snow boots, we recommend renting them. *Numbers and sizes are limited!* ★If you would like to rent warm boots, please let us know in advance★ [What to bring] ・Hat, sunglasses, sunscreen (UV protection) ・Towel ・Snacks, water bottle, tissues, etc.

- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
