All expenses incurred during the trip are reimbursed. Please pay the driver in cash (Japanese Yen) at the end of the trip.
Please ensure you arrive within the free waiting time. If you are unable to contact the driver after this time, the driver reserves the right to leave without refund.
If you require an extended waiting time, the driver will continue to wait without affecting subsequent orders and will be charged an additional waiting fee. Any delay of less than 30 minutes will be rounded up to 30 minutes. Please pay the driver in cash:
Compact Car: 3,200 yen
Alphard Van: 4,810 yen
Jumbo Van: 4,880 yen
Each unit is 1,000 yen (tax included). Please note this when making your reservation and placing your order. We cannot add units on site at the last minute.
If a passenger causes serious damage to the vehicle during the ride (such as vomiting, odor, or difficulty in cleaning), a cleaning fee of 25,000 yen will be charged.
This product is a one-way transfer. If you need a round trip, please book two separate trips.
Only exclusive private charter car service is provided, and passengers cannot be combined with other passengers.
Each vehicle has a passenger and luggage capacity limit. Please ensure you select the appropriate vehicle based on your number of passengers and luggage, and indicate the correct number of passengers and luggage when placing your order. If you exceed the vehicle capacity limit on a given day, the driver reserves the right to refuse transportation and no refund will be given.
If your travel is affected by force majeure events such as flight delays or cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible and provide proof. Our customer service will handle the matter as appropriate.
Please provide correct and complete flight information, departure time and hotel address, etc. to facilitate vehicle arrangements.
Please ensure your mobile phone or LINE is open before your trip. Losing contact may affect your transfer. There is no Wi-Fi or internet access in the vehicle, so we recommend bringing your own mobile data or offline maps for easy navigation and communication.
If you need to change the boarding location or request a stop on the day, please inform customer service as soon as possible after placing the order. However, additional charges may be incurred. Please be aware of this.
Please ensure you board the vehicle within the free waiting time. If the driver fails to contact you after this time, they reserve the right to leave without refunding the fee. If the waiting time is extended, the driver will continue to wait without affecting subsequent orders and will charge an additional overtime fee.
