<Ticket Notes>

・One ticket allows one person to enter the store. Please prepare the same number of tickets as the number of people who wish to enter the store.

・Those without a ticket will not be allowed to enter the store. Please inform a staff member on the day if you require an escort, such as a preschool child, parent or guardian, or a person with a disability.

・Preschool children can enter the store without a ticket if accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children in elementary school and above will need a numbered ticket for each child.

・When the restaurant is busy, your seating will be limited to a maximum of 45 minutes after your order is placed, and staff may ask you to leave.

・The meeting time (the time you can wait in line to enter the store) is printed on your ticket. We will not allow you to line up before or after that time. Please arrive with plenty of time.

・Tickets are for lining up in the queue to enter the store. They do not guarantee that you will be able to enter the store at the time printed on the ticket or that you will be able to purchase original goods. Please note that depending on the situation on the day, some items may be sold out.

・Sales of original merchandise will be limited to customers with tickets. Also, merchandise cannot be purchased solely through the venue.

・We will not allow the purchase of original goods for the purpose of resale. If it is determined that the purchase is for the purpose of resale, the ticket in question will be invalidated and you will be refused entry to the store.

・Once you have completed your ticket application, the date and time of your application cannot be changed. Also, while the store is open, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to the date and time due to customer convenience. Thank you for your understanding before applying.

・We strictly prohibit the transfer, exchange, resale for profit, and listing of tickets on online auction sites. Furthermore, we cannot be held responsible for any problems arising from these.

・This ticket cannot be reissued for any reason, including loss or theft of the QR ticket or smartphone.

・If you forget your QR ticket, you will not be allowed to enter the store.

<How to enter the store after completing your ticket application>

・QR tickets can be presented on smartphones or printed out.

・You will not be able to enter the store by presenting anything other than a QR ticket. Please prepare your ticket in advance.

・When you line up to enter the store, we will check the ticket details and verify your identity, so please do not forget to bring your QR ticket and identification.

If the name and date of birth on your ticket differ from those on your ID, you will be denied entry. Please make sure to apply with the same name as on your ID.

・Tickets are non-transferable. If you have purchased multiple tickets, please come together with your companions and present the tickets for each person.

We will verify the identity of the person making the application. Joining the waiting line after the meeting time will not be permitted.

・Customers with tickets should gather at Chiikawa Ramen Buta on the B1F of Hiroshima PARCO Main Building during the meeting time printed on the ticket.

・Please note that if you do not arrive at the meeting place within the designated time, your ticket will be invalid.

・You will be guided in the order in which you line up to enter the store during the time indicated on the ticket.

・The ticket is a numbered ticket to queue up in the store. You may not be able to enter the store at the designated meeting time. If the store is crowded, you may have to wait before entering. Please be aware of this before applying.

・Our restaurant operates a first-come, first-served system. We will ask you to order from the menu before showing you to your seat. If you would like to purchase original goods, please order using the QR code distributed when lining up, and then pay with the menu. Please note that we cannot accept additional orders after you have entered the restaurant.

・When paying, the ticket will be authenticated (QR code read) at the cash register. Please have tickets for the number of people in your party ready and present them to the cashier.

・Our restaurant operates on a one-order system. Please order one bowl of any size of ramen per ticket.

To ensure safe store operations, we will impose the following restrictions on the number of menu items that can be ordered.

・Sales of original merchandise will be limited to customers with tickets. Also, merchandise cannot be purchased solely through the venue.

・There is a purchase limit of two original goods per person per type.

After you have paid, we will guide you to your seat as soon as your table is ready.

・ Ramen orders will be made after you have been seated. Please wait until a staff member makes an announcement.

・Once your ticket application is confirmed, the date and time you applied for cannot be changed. Also, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to the date and time due to personal reasons, so please be aware of this before applying.

・Re-entry is not permitted.

・Please cooperate with the signs in stores and with staff's guidance.

・Our menu items, special offers, and products are available in limited quantities. We apologize if an item is out of stock.

- Please refrain from trading within the store and Parco building as it will cause inconvenience to other customers.

・If we discover any nuisance to other customers, we may refuse you entry.

・If any nuisance behavior occurs within the building, such as loud noises or exchanges in the corridors or shared spaces, sales of original goods may be suspended.

・We cannot take any responsibility for any troubles that may arise between customers. Please observe good manners.

・All seats in the restaurant are non-smoking.

- To prevent accidents and confusion on the day, please follow the instructions of staff at the venue.

・The content may be changed or canceled due to natural disasters, disasters, or other problems.
