There are sections of the tour that require walking, including the path from the bus parking lot to the artworks, so please wear comfortable shoes.
Please be aware that residents live in the area, so please refrain from walking on the roads or talking loudly in residential areas.
During the tour, we ask that everyone take sufficient precautions to prevent heatstroke, such as drinking plenty of water and wearing a hat.
Please cooperate by following the instructions of your tour conductor and guide and arriving on time.
Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle and on the boat.
We ask for your cooperation in taking home anything you bring from home or that you no longer need along the way as a memento of your trip.
If you wish to leave the group midway, please be sure to inform the tour conductor. After filling out the leaving notice, you will be considered to have left the group.
The tour price does not include admission to each artwork, so we recommend purchasing the Setouchi Triennale Official Passport separately.
Due to the capacity of the lunch restaurant, we will be split into two groups (①12:00 / ②13:00) with a rotation system.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
