- Weekday plan: Check-in from Sunday to Thursday
- Holiday plan: Stay on Friday, Saturday and consecutive holidays
- The number of people in the campervan is based on adults (over 145 cm). If you have children over 3 years old and under 145 cm, please purchase the "Children's Premium Purchase" plan.
- Each camper van passenger can bring 1 child under 3 years old to participate for free. Please inform this in the remarks when ordering.
- Each camper can sleep up to 4 people
- Bed type: 1 double/single extra large spring mattress + single bunk bed
- Bring your own swimsuit and use outdoor SPA equipment (indoor hot spring pool/outdoor mountain spring pool/children's paddling pool/oven/SPA steam bath)
- Pets are not allowed. If you bring your pet to the site on your own, you will not be allowed to enter the park and no refund will be given.

In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
In order to maintain the safety of the forest and the rights of other VIPs, smoking, eating betel nuts, gambling, cooking, lighting fires, and barbecues are strictly prohibited in the camp area, inside or outside the tents. If you violate the rules, you will be asked to stop activities immediately and leave the camp area without refund.
The tents and activity spaces are located in the forest. Please bring your own anti-mosquito items.
Smoking and alcohol are prohibited inside and outside the campervan. Violators will be charged cleaning fees depending on the situation.
Charcoal ovens are not allowed for barbecues. We provide BBQ ingredients or bring your own ingredients. If you bring your own ingredients, you will be charged $1,000 for the oven fee. (You need to call the camp to order)

If the number of people checking in on site does not match the number of people booked, the store reserves the right to make adjustments and changes on site, please be informed.
Due to the natural topography of the venue, it is not possible to specify a table when booking. Please forgive me.
Before the event, if you have any infectious diseases, please be sure to inform us in advance. You will not be able to participate in the event and will be postponed to another day.

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations 14 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date, a cancellation fee of 0% will apply
- For cancellations 7 to 13 day(s) before the selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations 2 to 6 day(s) before the selected date, a cancellation fee of 60% will apply
- For cancellations 0 to 1 day(s) before the selected date, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
