Even if it rains, the organizing committee will notify you that the fireworks display will be held as scheduled, so this tour will depart as normal. However, if there is bad weather (such as typhoons, strong storms, etc.) or the river water level rises, the event may be cancelled if it is dangerous to display fireworks.

Unless the organizer officially cancels the fireworks display before the tour departs, the tour will proceed as normal. Please note that the decision to cancel the fireworks display may be made by the organizing committee in the early morning of the day of the event, and the tour staff will notify you on the day of the event.

If the fireworks festival is officially cancelled one day before departure, we will refund the travel fee in full. If the fireworks festival is cancelled due to unexpected circumstances such as weather after departure, no refund will be given. The round-trip transportation costs to the meeting point are also borne by the passengers, please understand.

If the fireworks festival is temporarily suspended or postponed due to sudden bad weather after the trip begins, the travel fee including the viewing seat fee will not be refunded. Please understand and be forewarned.

This trip is expected to arrive at the meeting point after 22:30 in the evening, which is a late night return trip. The return time is for reference only and may be delayed due to traffic congestion and other factors. Please be sure to confirm the last public transportation time before signing up. If you miss the public transportation, the taxi fare and other transportation costs and accommodation expenses will be borne by the tourists themselves.

每位旅客原則上可攜帶1件29吋行李箱。但因車型不同，車內可載行李容量有所差異，煩請於下單時提前備註行李數量與尺寸，謝謝配合。超出的額外部分可以現場支付2,000日幣/件給司導。

司機兼導遊服務：4-13人精緻小團； 司機+導遊服務：14-45人巴士團，實際將依照當日出團人數進行調整。 司兼導主要以開車為主，講解為輔。

由於車程較長，實際到達時間會受到交通和天氣等因素的影響，以上時間僅為預估。請您避免在當天行程後安排其他活動，如因晚點造成損失，我司將不承擔相關責任，敬請諒解。

本產品可能會根據天氣等因素進行調整。為確保您的安全，工作人員有權要求客人中止戶外活動，並與您進行溝通，另行安排，具體情況以當天實際情況為準。

行程中涉及的交通、遊覽及停留時間以當天的實際情況為準。如遇特殊情況（如堵車、天氣原因等），導遊可在不減少行程中景點的前提下，視實際情況並徵得客人同意後，合理調整遊玩順序。

團隊行程中，不可提前離團或中途脫團。如您選擇中途離團，未完成的部分將被視為自行放棄，恕不退還任何費用。離團或脫團後可能發生的任何意外，需由您自行承擔責任，敬請理解。

根據當日交通路況、天氣、節日、人潮影響，各行程抵達時間有可能發生變化，如遇前述或其他不可抗力之因素，導遊有權現場調整並刪減行程，並不可以此為由要求退還費用 由於車程較長，如遇交通堵塞，敬請您理解。我司不承擔堵車造成的晚點的後續任何費用。

關於座位的需求會盡力安排，但由於本次行程為拼車旅遊，座位分配主要遵循先到先得的原則。如果您有特殊需求，敬請在備註中告知，我們將盡力為您安排合適的座位，最終安排以當天導遊的協調為準。希望能夠得到您的理解與包容，感謝您的體諒。

參考車型：5-8座車：豐田Alphard ；9-14座車：豐田HAICE同等級別；18-22座車：小型巴士；22座車以上：大型巴士，以上車輛僅供參考，實際將依照當日出團人數進行調整

三週歲以下嬰兒可免費參加，須提前告知客服並完成備註。如未提前說明，因涉及車輛核載人數限制，現場可能會被拒絕乘車，敬請理解與配合。不會安排座位，需由監護人全程抱持。

本行程為拼團行程，可能與來自不同語言地區之旅客共同參加。實際解說語言將依當日安排為準，恕無法保證提供指定語言（中文、英語、日語或韓語）之對應工作人員，並由供應商保有最終決定權，敬請見諒。
