Precautions

2. All passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date. Please make sure your passport has sufficient validity. Please visit the IATA Travel Centre website for passport validity requirements for specific destinations.
3. For details on entry, exit and transit restrictions, please check the local government tourism website. If you need to transfer, you may need to go through immigration formalities, collect your baggage and re-board the aircraft according to the regulations of the transfer airport and/or airline. Please confirm in advance that you can provide relevant travel documents or visas
4. As each airline has different regulations for special passengers (including but not limited to pregnant passengers, people with disabilities, and elderly passengers), you can check the airline's official website for travel instructions for special passengers and arrive at the airport in advance on the day of departure to go through entry and exit procedures.
5. Tickets must be used in order. If the guest misses the boarding time (noshow) for any reason, the flight and subsequent flights cannot be used again and will be deemed to be automatically abandoned, and the guest will not be able to make any claim against KKday
6. Please refer to the individual airlines’ guidelines for luggage size restrictions (including other special checked luggage such as strollers/wheelchairs)
7. Special checked baggage such as strollers/wheelchairs can be requested by contacting customer service after ticket issuance
8. This ticket is not eligible for free seat reservation service
9. This ticket is not eligible for airline miles
10. If necessary, guests can purchase additional baggage/pre-select seats on the airline's official website by using the flight record code (PNR) or e-ticket number after receiving the ticket. Please note that if you purchase such additional services, you may not be able to make a refund or change the arrangement. Please contact the airline directly and make the payment. KKday will not be responsible for this.
11. It is strongly recommended that you log in to the airline's official website at least 48 hours before departure and register your contact phone number and email address with the flight booking record code (PNR) or e-ticket number so that the airline can make emergency notifications in case of any flight changes.
12. Unless you have purchased a seat in advance on the airline website, you will not be able to check in for this ticket. Guests can also arrive at the airport early to select seat numbers, subject to airline availability.
13. If you need to carry medication, please keep the original packaging and instructions (preferably in English) and provide a prescription from a doctor to prove that the medication is prescribed for the traveler to avoid delays in security checks or customs clearance.
14. Please ensure your reservation details are correct and comply with all rules stated in the booking instructions. Bookings that violate the product policy/booking instructions will be deemed invalid
15. In order to protect your rights and interests and avoid possible risks when traveling abroad, we remind and recommend you to purchase travel safety insurance and travel inconvenience insurance.
16. If the transportation service is suspended, the itinerary is changed, or the supplier is unable to deliver the booked product due to force majeure, resulting in the need to change the travel date or cancel the trip, the passenger must negotiate directly with the relevant supplier. KKday will make every effort to assist travelers but will not be responsible for any costs or additional expenses incurred. (Including but not limited to additional hotel accommodation, transportation, and long-distance telephone charges, all of which are borne by the passenger.)
17. "Force Majeure" means, but is not limited to: war, political unrest, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, epidemics, adverse weather conditions, technical problems with transportation, sudden changes or cancellations of services by the carrier, strikes, industrial action or travel warnings issued by the destination government or the World Health Organization.
18. The departure/arrival time during the flight may be adjusted/changed/cancelled according to the flight situation, which is subject to the final arrangement of the airline. Passengers agree and accept that the airline has the final decision and will not be deemed to have violated the Trade Description Ordinance, and therefore waive any claims or compensation from KKday.
19. Please note that airlines may change flight schedules. Please refer to the airline's announcement for the correct flight time.
20. If a passenger is denied entry or boarding due to personal reasons, his/her travel expenses will not be refunded. Any additional expenses required, such as transportation arrangements, accommodation, etc., must be borne by the individual and have nothing to do with KKday.
