Aomori Nebuta Festival: Observation Seats & Special Offers of Your Choice

The floats are propelled by people, weaving back and forth along the street and spinning for the audience. They are usually nine meters wide and five meters high! The Nebuta Festival dancers, known as "jumping people," wear gorgeous costumes and dance while chanting "Rassera, rassera."

Children aged 3 and under do not need to purchase a seat if they are held on an adult's lap and do not occupy a seat alone.
However, please be sure to inform us in advance via message of the number and age of the children accompanying you.
Children aged 4 and above must purchase a viewing seat.
If it rains, the festival will still continue, and the Sandman float will be covered with a large plastic sheet.
Please prepare and wear a raincoat in case of rain, and please avoid using umbrellas as they will obstruct the view of other visitors. (The seating area has no roof or sunshade.)
Depending on the situation, due to the limited time of traffic control, it may not be possible to see all the Sandman floats.
In the event of natural disasters, accidents, coups, wars, strikes, or force majeure, this trip may not be able to continue.
The original festival-limited edition T-shirts are available in a generous size (L~XXL) to allow you to comfortably enjoy the festival.

Our staff will not individually guide you to your seat. If you have any questions or cannot find your seat, please seek assistance from the Nebuta Festival volunteers wearing yellow vests.
The type of seating for the reserved seats will be arranged on-site, and may be "regular chairs".
Eating and drinking are permitted in the viewing area.
At the request of the government or local authorities, the festival may be cancelled or its contents changed. No refunds will be given in the event of such cancellation or change after the event has commenced. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Passengers not using the bento plan, please exchange your tickets between 11:00 and 16:00.
After arriving at JR Aomori Station, please head towards the "East Exit".
After exiting the station, the building immediately to the left of the station is the "LOVINA" department store.
The HIS office is located on the 1st floor of the LOVINA department store.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
