Established in Sapporo for 13 years! Enjoy the rich flavors of Hokkaido, focusing on gibier (wild game) dishes like Ezo venison and brown bear meat
Now in our 14th year in Sapporo! We offer authentic gibier cuisine, backed by our own processing facility. As a pioneer of gibier restaurants in the city, we serve a menu featuring fresh Ezo venison and bear meat, as well as sea gibier (Steller sea lion meat), handmade gyoza, and french fries made with the legendary Imakane Danshaku potatoes. Since the owner is a hunter, we take great pride in our meat selection. We serve bear meat year-round, so you can enjoy gibier dishes whenever you visit!
We offer precious brown bear meat, which is rarely available on the market, in a variety of ways, including steak. We use high-quality brown bear meat that is carefully and quickly slaughtered, so it is tender and odorless. We have it prepared so that you can enjoy it at any time, regardless of the season. Of course, we also have delicious Ezo deer meat available all year round!!
We have a wide selection of Otaru beer and domestic whiskey!
We offer courses where you can enjoy multiple wild game dishes at reasonable prices. The affordable "Ume" course includes Ezo deer steak and Ezo deer stamina fried rice. The "Sakura" course includes the two dishes mentioned above, as well as a hearty platter of Ezo deer sausage, salami, and ham. We also have the luxurious "Hisui" course where you can enjoy Ezo deer and brown bear. All courses include all-you-can-drink, making it perfect for drinking parties and banquets. Advance reservations are accepted for two or more people!
The interior of the restaurant, decorated with white plaster walls and wooden interior, has a homey atmosphere with warm lighting, allowing you to relax. There are counter seats and table seats, making it perfect for both individuals and groups. Please note that in the case of large groups, seats may be separated.

- Cancellation policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.

You understand, agree, and authorize the booking platform to provide booking services and make reservations and relevant requests on your behalf with the restaurant as necessary.
Regardless of the terms and conditions of KKday, this product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user. KKday customer service will provide support to the best of our ability, but cannot assume any responsibility.
If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
