The especially popular dishes are "Hitsumabushi" and "Unatama-don". "Hitsumabushi" is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. It is a masterpiece that you can enjoy until the very end with different flavors. "Unatama-don" is a luxurious rice bowl dish with eel on top of a soft egg.
