－ Charter Information －

Service Duration: 10 hours. Overtime will be charged at 3,000 JPY per 30 minutes.
Departure Time: Standard service hours are between 07:00 and 22:00. For late-night service (if the 10-hour duration includes the period between 22:00 - 06:00), an additional fee of 3,000 JPY per 30 minutes applies.
Departure Location: Any designated location within Osaka City (pick-up location can be changed for free up to 12 hours before the service; within 12 hours, changes will be charged based on the distance between the old and new addresses at 500 JPY per kilometer).
Driver Language: Chinese / Japanese / English.

* If the guest is late, the delay will be counted as part of the 10-hour service time. If the total time exceeds 10 hours, an overtime fee will be charged, or guests may choose to shorten the itinerary.
* If overtime occurs due to traffic conditions such as congestion, it will be counted as part of the service time and will be subject to overtime fees.

Maximum Passengers: 6 people.
Luggage Capacity: 3 - 4 pieces of 24-inch luggage or 2 - 3 pieces of 28-inch luggage.

－ Service Introduction －

The itinerary is limited to departures and returns within Osaka City. If the drop-off location is outside Osaka city center, the time required for the empty car to return to Osaka will be deducted from the service time (Estimated: 1 hour for returns from Kyoto, Nara, or Kobe; 1.5 hours for Wakayama City; the actual deduction will be based on the time taken to travel from Osaka to the suburbs on the day).

* The daily mileage limit is 300 km; any excess will be charged at 500 JPY per kilometer.
* For multi-day private charter car services in the suburbs of Osaka, an additional driver accommodation fee of 10,000 JPY per day will be charged.

Child car seat

The first child seat is provided free of charge. Each subsequent child seat will incur an additional charge of 2,000 yen. Please place your order directly on the platform (if you place separate orders, please include the order number for the private charter car service in the remarks).

Overtime service fee

If the rental period exceeds 10 hours, an additional charge of 3,000 yen per 30 minutes will apply.

Late night fees

If you use the car between 22:00 and 06:00 (including overtime), an additional late-night fee of 10,000 yen will be charged.

Additional distance charges

If the pick-up/drop-off location is changed temporarily or the distance exceeds the daily travel limit of 300 kilometers, an additional distance fee of 500 yen/km will be charged.

Accommodation costs for drivers private charter car for multiple days

If you require multi-day private charter car services in the suburbs of Osaka, an additional driver accommodation fee of 10,000 yen per day will be charged.

Reminders

  • After you place your order, our customer service team will assist you between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM Japan time.

  • Eating is not allowed in the carriage. If you soil the carriage, the driver has the right to charge you a cleaning fee.

  • In case of flight cancellations, weather conditions, or other uncontrollable circumstances, please contact customer service as soon as possible. After providing proof, you can cancel your order free of charge or change your rental time (only applicable if it is 12 hours or more before departure).

  • Your voucher will include information about the driver and vehicle for the day of your trip. To allow time for us to confirm this information, your voucher will be sent the day before your trip. Thank you for your understanding.
