The 5th Station of Mount Fuji will be closed from mid-December to mid-March. In this case, we will arrange a trip to Fujiyama Snow Resort Yeti to enjoy the snow at Mount Fuji. If it rains, the itinerary will be changed to Oshino Hakkai.
If the number of participants is small, a small passenger vehicle may be arranged to form a group.
The trip duration may be adjusted depending on the season and traffic conditions. The trip will not include visits to Gotemba Premium Outlets on July 19, July 20, August 9, August 10, October 11, October 12, November 1, November 2, November 22, and November 23.
Children under two years old can participate for free without a seat and without a meal ticket. Please purchase a ticket if you wish to reserve a seat.
If the Hakone Ropeway is suspended due to weather conditions, a direct bus ride will be arranged to Owakudani. This change will not be refunded.
Please note that only foldable wheelchairs are permitted on the bus.
If traffic congestion causes a delay of more than one hour, the Gotemba Outlet trip may be cancelled.
If you fail to return to the designated meeting point at each attraction on time, the bus will depart without waiting, and this will be considered as a voluntary abandonment of the tour. Thank you for your understanding.
