[Completed Tour] means that the tour has reserved seats for the specified departure date or has sufficient participants. However, departure may be subject to other factors and the company reserves the right of final decision.
You must provide the correct name, travel document number and expiration date as shown on your travel document. Please also verify the participant's name and ID information on the receipt. The company is not responsible for any additional costs and liabilities arising from incorrect names. All related costs and liabilities shall be borne by the customer.
The tour price does not include service fees (including local tour guides, tour bus drivers and travel agency staff). Each guest is required to pay a service fee of [HK$80/person/day (HK$240/person for 3 days)], which is the same for all guests regardless of age and will be collected at the end of the tour.
The tour guide will make minor adjustments to the itinerary based on the actual situation on the day.
There will be no tour leader from Hong Kong. We will inform you of the meeting time, location, contact information of the local tour guide or relevant personnel by SMS or special person before 5pm on the working day before departure.

Guests are requested to bring their own gear for both sunny and rainy days, sun protection equipment, light clothing, and their own water bottles and drinking water. They are also advised to be vigilant and pay attention to safety.

In case of weather or other factors, the itinerary may be changed or cancelled, and the tour time may be shortened. The company reserves the right to make all decisions.
If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning, is hoisted 2 hours before the departure time, or if such a signal is forecast to be hoisted within the next 2 hours, the tour will be cancelled and rescheduled. Please note that no refunds will be given for any failure to depart.
