【Akita-Yuzawa】Iburigakko or smoked radish pickles production tour and Pickled vegetables making experience

Ito Tsukemono Honpo makes pickles and sweets. They are particular about handmade products and take pride in their techniques to produce a variety of products. They are focusing on new product development based on the concept of "pickling" and "smoking".
After touring the shop inside, you will watch the smoked daikon radish making process in the smoking workshop, and then experience making "Fukujinzuke" in the experience room.
The campaign will run until the end of February and is limited to businesses in Yuzawa City.
