- Official app & numbered tickets: the following attractions require a numbered ticket on entry: Phoenix Sky, Titan Swing, Treetop Adventure, Sky Walk, Human Launcher and Bungee Jump.
- Be sure to download the official JUNGLIA app (iOS / Android) and register your 1-day ticket before entering the park.
- After entering the park, take a number in the app (first come, first served).
- JUNGLIA is preparing an official app with maps, ride waiting times and other practical features. Details will be announced later.

Admission & tickets
- Children: children aged 3 and under enter free.
- Ticket prices: see "Ticketing/Price Information" on the official website.
- Cancellation: after purchase, cancellations for personal reasons cannot be accepted. Cancellation may be offered only in special circumstances such as disasters.
- Resale: reselling tickets is prohibited under the "Illegal Ticket Resale Prohibition Act", and resold tickets will be invalid. Thank you for your understanding.
- Crowd limits: admission may be limited depending on how crowded the park is on the day.
In the park
- Facility rules: some facilities have usage standards, and some require a signed consent form before use. For height, age and other conditions, see the facility usage standards on the official website.
- Smoking: smoking is prohibited throughout the park except in smoking areas. Please do not smoke while walking.
- Food & drinks: please do not bring food or drinks into the park.
Tickets for guests with disabilities
- Discounted tickets: guests holding a certificate that meets the conditions below, plus 1 companion (adult or child), can buy discounted tickets. Showing a Mirairo ID also gets the discounted price.
- Original certificate required: before entering, you must show the original of a certificate specified below. Guests who cannot show the original will not be admitted.
- Physical ticket exchange: guests who buy tickets for guests with disabilities must exchange them for physical tickets at the park to enter.

SPA JUNGLIA
- Tattoos: please use the tattoo cover stickers specified by the facility. Tattoos no larger than 8 cm × 10 cm can be covered with the stickers for bathing. Remove body paint or body stickers completely before entering.
- Children: guests aged 10 and under must be accompanied by a parent of the same sex aged 16 and above.
- Bathing: do not wear swimsuits, towels or similar items in the bath.
- Last entry: 1 hour before closing.
- Bathing tax: adults pay a separate bathing tax of JPY 150 when using the spa.
Lounge
- Usage: valid only on the day of your visit; 1 entry per guest per day, up to 30 minutes per visit.
- Entry: please show your exclusive lounge QR code.
- Park ticket required: lounge access is an add-on benefit of park admission. To use it, you need a valid JUNGLIA admission ticket for the same day.
Park meal coupons
- Where to use: all snack stands in the park, excluding restaurants such as the entrance restaurant, Wild Banquet and Tropical Oasis.
- Value: 2 coupons of JPY 250 (JPY 500 in total). At each snack stand, 1 coupon (JPY 250 off) can be used per purchase of JPY 1,500 or more.
Family Resort Pack: PANORAMA DINING priority entry
- Priority entry: show your Family Resort Pack voucher for priority entry at the PANORAMA DINING restaurant in the park.
- Seating: seats cannot be assigned, and you may need to wait depending on the situation on site.
- Bird's Nest seats: available on site for an extra JPY 2,000, only while Bird's Nest seats are still free.

- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time.
