Purchase Notice
※The tour includes lunch on the first day and breakfast on the second day. Dinner on the first day and lunch on the second day need to be arranged in Atami and Numazu.
※Hotel room types cannot be specified, but are usually Standard Twin Room or Japanese-style rooms.
※The fireworks show will be held as scheduled in light rain, but may be postponed or cancelled in case of bad weather. If postponement or cancellation is confirmed before the departure date, the trip will be cancelled and the travel fee will be fully refunded.
※If the fireworks show is cancelled after the tour has started, the tour will be shortened and end at Atami Station. No refunds will be made for bus fares or itinerary changes.
※The final decision on whether the fireworks show will take place may be made on the morning of the departure day. We will notify you promptly, but if you are already on the way to the meeting point, the transportation fee will not be compensated.
※ To ensure safety and comfort when watching the fireworks, please avoid using umbrellas. It is recommended to bring rain gear (such as raincoats and ponchos).
※After the fireworks are over, the area around the event will be very crowded, so please be careful.
※After departure, the gathering and departure times of each attraction will be determined by the staff. Please be sure to abide by the gathering time to avoid affecting your itinerary.
※The scheduled time and content recorded in the itinerary may be changed due to road conditions. If there are special circumstances, part of the itinerary may be deleted or adjusted. Please understand.

■Depending on the number of participants, a medium-sized bus or a small bus may be used.
■There are no toilet facilities on the bus.
■Smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle, and in principle, the seat reclining function is not provided (except for some journeys).
■Please note that no refund will be given if you do not use the benefits included in the itinerary.
■If you have food allergies, please be sure to inform the person in charge when registering (we will try our best to exclude related ingredients).
■ If you need special arrangements, please inform the responsible person when you register (some may require additional fees). If you make a request, the company will do its best to assist within the scope of feasibility and may ask you to provide written explanation.
■In response to the implementation of the "Work Style Reform Act" from April 1, 2019, the working hours of tour guides are subject to upper limits, and meal times during the tour will be considered as rest time for the tour guide. In addition, the tour guide may stay in a different accommodation facility from the guests. In principle, free time is arranged by the guests themselves.
■Lost items will be kept for two weeks after the end of the trip, but if they are fresh food or items that are not easy to preserve, they will be handled immediately. Thank you for your understanding.
■Please do not bring pets on the tour.
■The bus seats will be arranged by our company.
■In case of emergency, you may need to share a seat with the tour guide. Please understand.
■If the number of participants is less than 30, or if the tour cannot be operated due to force majeure such as disasters or accidents, the company may notify you of changes or cancellations 3 days before the tour (13 days before for accommodation tours).
■We may not be able to meet your seat arrangements, smoking/non-smoking hotel room requests, allergy requests, etc., and may reject your request in advance after explaining it. Please understand.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 15 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 6 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
