• Please purchase the same price for both children and adults.
• Infants under 24 months of age are not permitted on the tour due to the long duration and safety reasons. Please be sure to note that you may be asked to disembark midway if you board without prior notice.
  
• Young babies and children often cry or fuss during long tours. As this is a group tour, please take good care of your child's condition.
  
• Due to the nature of the tour (long distance, safety concerns), pregnant women and the elderly must inform us in advance before booking. We ask for your understanding that you may be asked to disembark midway if you continue to cause inconvenience to other customers.
  
• The tour may be cancelled if the minimum number of participants (10) is not met. We ask for your understanding that even after confirmation, the tour may be changed or cancelled due to insufficient bookings or bus issues.
• Your purchase places you on the waiting list immediately. Please wait a little longer for confirmation. We will process your reservation and respond to your inquiries in the order they are received.
  
• Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation notification and message within 1 to 2 days. On the day of the tour, please show the [KKday Confirmation Notification] to the guide before boarding the bus and state your name.
  
• Depending on the number of participants, multiple buses may travel together, and in such cases, several tour guides will be assigned.
• Please note that if you are late for the meeting, you will be treated as a no-show and the team will depart without prior notice.
• You can store your suitcase in the bus luggage compartment.
• The guide will not contact you individually on the day of the tour.
• Please note that refunds for booked tours will be processed according to the refund policy for reasons such as incorrect dates, simple change of mind, schedule changes, lateness, and no-shows.
  
• If you are unable to board due to personal reasons or being late, separate contact and refunds are strictly not possible.
• If you are late for the meeting, we may depart without individual notice, so please be careful not to be late.
• All seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please consider your first seat as your reserved seat and proceed with the tour. We recommend arriving on time for the meeting.

• This tour is led by a veteran Korean guide. To ensure the safety of our travelers, we are covered by travel guarantee insurance. We recommend purchasing personal travel insurance in addition to the tour insurance before traveling abroad.
• Please prepare sunscreen, sunglasses, comfortable shoes and clothing, tissues, wet wipes, a power bank, pocket Wi-Fi, personal medicine, a portable fan, a folding umbrella and raincoat, etc. individually.
• Please be sure to use earphones when using personal electronic devices. As this is a group one-day bus tour, please do not cause inconvenience to others.
