・Small-sized houseboats can accommodate 2 to 8 passengers. Private charters for couples are also available (advance reservation required for private charters)
・The 'Boat Ride Only Plan' duration is 60 minutes. Please book daytime slots between 9:00 and 17:00. Please book nighttime slots between 17:00 and 21:00.
・In winter, the houseboat is equipped with a kotatsu.

・Operates year-round, by reservation only. (Reservation required by the day before)
・Enjoy seasonal scenery and a black-tailed gull feeding experience. (Paid option: Reservations for meals and drinks must be made by the day before.)
・Meeting time: Please arrive 15 minutes before the departure time.
・Age range: 3 to 100 years old.

Purchase Notice

・Yakatsubune boats only operate within the harbor and on the river, but there may be some rocking when other boats are sailing, so if you are prone to seasickness, we recommend taking motion sickness medication before boarding.
・Daytime sessions are from 9:00 to 17:00, and evening sessions are from 17:00 to 21:00, each lasting 60 minutes. Please enter your preferred time in the comments section.
・Staff guidance language: Japanese (using VoiceTra smartphone translation function: English, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai and other languages available) Announcements: Onboard Bluetooth speaker

Reminders

  • In the event of a typhoon or other bad weather, the tour will be cancelled. We will contact you at least 2 days in advance.

  • You are free to bring in food and drinks, but we ask that you help us by taking your trash with you when you leave.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
