Delays due to transportation delays, or non-participation, will also be subject to cancellation fees. The tour will depart at the departure time indicated on your voucher.
Due to traffic and weather conditions, some sightseeing spots may be omitted, the itinerary may be rearranged, the return time may be significantly delayed, and the length of stay at accommodations and sightseeing spots may not be as scheduled.
If you are participating in an odd number of people, you will generally be seated with other guests, and this may include mixed-gender seating.
Please be aware that Wadayama Station, where you will board the Hamakaze limited express train on your return journey, only has stairs (approximately 30 steps going up and 30 steps going down).
Transportation between Ebara Station and Kasenkyo Izutsuya will be provided free of charge by Kasenkyo Izutsuya using their private vehicle, which does not require any permits under the Road Transport Act. Please note that you may be sharing a vehicle or traveling in separate cars with other groups.
A fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for any changes to the meal plan due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc., plus any difference in price. Please notify us at least 14 days before your departure date.
