・Those under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Those under the age of 16 must have parental consent.
◾️Health Conditions: For the safety of all participants, those who have consumed alcohol on the day of the tour, those who are pregnant or suspected to be pregnant, and those who are deemed unsafe by the organizers will not be able to participate.
■ What to wear and bring: Comfortable clothing, sun protection items such as hats and sunglasses

Reminders
If the weather forecast is bad, we will decide whether to proceed with the tour the next day at 5pm the day before. If we decide to cancel, we will contact you at the phone number you provided when making the reservation after 5pm the day before.
On the day of the tour, if the staff judges the weather to be dangerous due to strong winds, lightning, etc., the tour may be canceled. Please understand that this is an experience involving nature.
If the required number of participants is not met by two days before the tour, the tour will be canceled and we will contact you at the phone number you provided.
If you don't like BBQ, you can choose to have lunch at a nearby restaurant instead.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your reservation time.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
