※If the Lake Biwa Ropeway is out of service on the day of your trip, the destination will be changed to Okuibuki Ski Resort and a partial refund will be given. Please contact customer service for details.
※※Okuibuki Ski Resort entrance fee, ski equipment rental, and lift fees are not included.
Reminders
Confirm whether the group will be formed 2 days before departure. If the number of people is not reached, the trip will be cancelled.
We provide Chinese, Japanese, and language services.

Depending on the number of applicants, we may use a minibus or car, and the driver may also serve as a tour guide. Please understand.
Seat assignments are not possible. If you have any special requests, please inform your tour guide on the day.
There are no toilet facilities on the bus.
Registration for this tour is via the internet only, and all notifications will be sent via email.
Unless there are special circumstances, our staff will not proactively contact or notify passengers.
◆Participation Restrictions◆
If you fail to arrive at the meeting time, it will be considered cancelled and you will depart as planned. Please be sure to confirm the meeting place and arrive on time.
Although there is a tour guide, no professional tour explanation is provided.
Each adult may bring one child aged 0-2 years free of charge, but no seat or meal will be provided. If a seat or meal is required, please register at the adult rate.
◆Other matters◆
Due to traffic conditions, weather, etc., the itinerary sequence, departure and arrival times, and length of stay may be adjusted.
If you are unable to connect to public transportation due to a delay in your arrival, you will be responsible for any transportation costs such as taxi fares and accommodation expenses incurred.
If the event is cancelled for any reason, our staff will notify the relevant personnel of the major booking platforms by phone or email. If no notification is received, the event will proceed as scheduled.
Late arrivals or failure to participate in activities due to traffic delays etc. will be charged according to the cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
