We also highly recommend our famous straw-grilled bonito. ■ Signature sake We stock over 25 varieties of sake. Please enjoy them paired with our fresh fish and Omi beef. ■ Extensive banquet plans Courses with all-you-can-drink are available starting from 5,000 JPY (tax included). Private bookings are accepted for groups of 35 to 45 people! Spend a relaxing time in our cozy space filled with the warmth of wood.
Uomaru is directly connected to the fishing port and is particular about using fish caught this morning. With the desire to provide "truly delicious fish," we partner with fishing port brokers to purchase fresh fish. We have put together a platter of fresh sashimi and side dishes prepared in various ways by our head chef. Please start by enjoying the juicy fresh fish that Uomaru is proud of! *We require orders for two or more people.
"Straw-grilled bonito" is a specialty dish from Kochi and Tosa in Shikoku. We recreate the authentic Kochi method of grilling, which actually uses straw! Our grill staff will raise a roaring pillar of fire and grill the bonito right in front of you every time you order! The surface has a fragrant straw flavor like smoked food, and the meat is chewy and delicious!

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
