Our specialty "Tori Gunkan" is a must-try dish that uses breast meat from Kanmuri-jidori chicken instead of rice. You can also enjoy six types of toppings, such as egg yolk marinated in soy sauce, sea urchin, and salmon roe, in an assortment♪ Our specialty "Kagoyaki" uses three types of rare cuts of Kanmuri-jidori chicken. The flavor is sealed in when cooked using the heat of binchotan charcoal.
