- Boarding Process -

• Please arrive at the pier 30 minutes before departure to collect your tickets with your ID. All passengers must have a ticket to board. Please keep your return ticket safe for the return trip.

• Please have one representative collect the IDs of all passengers and go to the counter to pick up the tickets (please proactively provide the name of the main booker to speed up the process). Other passengers should wait outside through the side door. Tickets cannot be issued if any documents are missing.

• Passengers must have their ID ready for inspection by the Coast Guard and have a stamp placed on their arm.

• When boarding, please present your ticket and ID to board the ferry.

  If you cannot provide a valid heavy-duty motorcycle license or higher, the amount paid will not be refunded.
  Rentals of less than one day will be charged as one full day.
  Renting in the morning may result in overtime. An overtime fee of 50 TWD per hour will be charged. Please pay the overtime fee in 'cash' when returning the scooter.
  Free luggage transfer service is not provided. If you need luggage transfer, please note it in your order in advance and pay on-site.

  1. Taiwan Travelers: Must carry a valid Taiwan motorcycle license.
  2. Hong Kong and Macau Travelers: After presenting a valid ID, a Hong Kong or Macau license is accepted; no additional international driving permit is required.

* The return time from Houbihu depends on the ferry arrival time. The shuttle will depart 20 minutes after the ferry arrives. Please head directly to the shuttle and report to the driver after disembarking; late arrivals will not be accommodated.
* The return shuttle time from Fugang Fishing Port is 17:45. We will wait for up to 20 minutes for passengers to disembark. It is recommended to book train tickets for 18:30 or later.
