3. Luggage storage

  • Luggage drop-off deadline at hotels in Sapporo city and New Chitose Airport: 9:00 AM on the day of departure.
    Please inform the hotel staff that an airporter will be coming to collect your luggage, and leave your luggage at the front desk.
    You can pick it up at the airport counter from 2:30 PM on the day of your arrival.
  • New Chitose Airport → Hotel in Sapporo City. Luggage drop-off at the airport counter: Deadline: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
    Please inform the hotel staff that an airporter will be coming to collect your luggage, and leave your luggage at the front desk.
    You can pick it up at the hotel after 7:00 PM on the day of your arrival.

4. Receiving your package

Please come to our designated counter at the airport or the front desk of your designated hotel. Please show the staff your Airporter booking confirmation email.
