The store name 'All That Jazz' comes from the slang meaning 'anything goes.' This is a sake bar where everyone from connoisseurs to beginners can casually enjoy a selection of sake from all over the country. We always have about 60 varieties available, focusing on clean and easy-to-drink brands, as well as limited-edition brews, seasonal items, and rare local sakes. We also offer a wide variety of appetizers that pair perfectly with sake, such as 'Shio-biki Salmon' from Murakami City, Niigata Prefecture, and 'Bodakko' from Akita. We are a specialty shop for sake and AOR (American music from 1978-1983). We accept reservations for various types of banquets.

We carry "Space Beer," a craft beer from Yamanashi Prefecture. It is made with three times the amount of ingredients as regular beer, and has a rich citrus fruit aroma. It is so popular that it sells out in about one minute every time it is released on the market, and is known as the "phantom beer." It is available in cans, so please hurry before it sells out.

  • Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
