What You Can Expect
1 Day
- Please bring your own transportation to the Poseidon Ocean Sports Club to register. After gathering, you will be led by the coach to the snorkeling site
- For this activity, you need to have a self-scuba diving license of AIDA2 or above. You can take off your buoyancy aid and dive with the coach's consent to deliver the postcard yourself. If you do not have a license, you cannot take off your buoyancy aid during the activity, and the coach will deliver the postcard on your behalf
- A variety of waterproof postcards can be purchased on site
- Take a photo on the water with a postcard
- When you meet a cute turtle in the sea, don't touch it. Just stay with it quietly.

Before the event
- Age limit for participation: Individuals aged 7 to 60 (inclusive) who are healthy and free from the following conditions (such as colds, ear-related diseases, pregnancy, asthma, diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease, high/low blood pressure, epilepsy, osteoporosis, claustrophobia, and those weighing over 100 kg). Travelers under 20 years of age must be accompanied by a parent who signs an activity waiver, or contact us beforehand to obtain an electronic copy of the waiver, print it out, sign it, and bring it to the participating venue.
- Please bring your own personal water-resistant clothing (swimsuit, swim trunks, surf trunks, or other non-absorbent clothing), a change of clothes, a towel, and toiletries; those who wear glasses are advised to use disposable contact lenses. For your safety, please refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages before and during the activity.
During the event
- Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the event to avoid being late and affecting your own and other travelers' rights, while also ensuring the quality of the event experience; if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your registered session, it will be considered a cancellation, and no refund will be given.
- To comply with insurance requirements, participants must fill out basic information (including name, ID number, date of birth, and emergency contact information) and an event waiver upon registration; non-Taiwanese travelers are also required to provide their passport numbers.
- For safety reasons, the floatation suit must not be removed during the activity. Participants must follow the instructor's instructions throughout the activity. If any discomfort is experienced during the activity, the instructor must be notified immediately.
- There are underwater mailboxes in the Hangwan waters. If you wish to mail a postcard, you will need to purchase a special waterproof postcard, which is available in the store for NT$100 each. (As mentioned above) To protect your own and other participants' rights, participants who wish to write a postcard are advised to arrive at the store 10-15 minutes in advance to avoid shortening the event time.
- If the event cannot proceed due to weather conditions, customer service will assist you with rescheduling or refunds.
Helpful reminder
- Smoking is strictly prohibited during the event, both indoors and in the courtyard area. If you need to smoke, please do so in an open outdoor area. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- A few tips after hot waxing: To prevent infection or inflammation, it's safest to wait three days after hot waxing before engaging in water activities.

In order to maintain the safety and quality of the experience, if any of the following conditions occur (sea conditions, weather conditions, physical and mental condition of participants, or failure to follow the instructions of the coach and staff during the activity), the company reserves the right to stop the activity to protect the safety of participants, and no refund will be given.
Participants need to prepare their own transportation (motorcycle or car) to the meeting point and activity area.
All postcards must be delivered by the instructor. If participants want to deliver postcards by themselves, they must show their AIDA 2 or above diving certificate before participating in the activity, and they can only dive and deliver the postcards after the instructor has assessed their condition and given permission.
This activity will give priority to the Hangwan (Underwater Mailbox) area. If the area is not suitable for diving, the weather and sea conditions will be evaluated to select a suitable area. Please understand.

- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
