Head to Hitachi Seaside Park to admire one of the largest kochia landscapes in Japan. As the season progresses, the kochia on the hills gradually turn from emerald green to vibrant red, and eventually to a charming golden hue, presenting a different look at each stage.

 During the trip, you can also experience the fun of seasonal fruit picking. Depending on the harvest, you can pick pears, persimmons, or chestnuts, and enjoy 30 minutes of all-you-can-eat, tasting the fresh flavors unique to the production area. 

In addition, you will visit the vibrant Nakaminato Fish Market to freely enjoy fresh seafood and local delicacies, and pray at Sakatsura Isosaki Shrine, famous for its blessings of wealth and good luck.

  • Please note that Sakatsura Isosaki Shrine may not be accessible due to road conditions on the day.

  • The fruit picking & all-you-can-eat content will depend on crop growth. Based on previous years, pear picking is usually available until early October, persimmon picking starts from mid-October, and chestnut picking is available from mid- to late October. Details of the picking & all-you-can-eat experience will be announced on the day, and may be changed to a souvenir gift or pre-picked fruit due to weather or crop conditions.

  • Depending on traffic conditions on the day, the time spent at each location may be shortened.

  • Please be aware that the return time may be delayed by approximately 1 hour on Saturdays and Sundays, and by approximately 2 hours during consecutive holidays.

  • The itinerary may change due to transportation, road conditions, etc., and arrival at the drop-off point may be delayed.

  • Due to weather, congestion, or other factors, the time spent at attractions may be shortened or cancelled. Additionally, the order of visits may be adjusted depending on the bus schedule.

  • Fruit picking may be changed to pre-served fruit depending on crop conditions.

  • Child fares apply to children aged 4 to elementary school age. Children under 4 can participate for free, but no seat, admission fee, or souvenir will be provided. Additionally, children under 3 may still incur fees for certain facilities or services, which must be paid on-site.
