・One adult can bring one child under 3 years old for free.
・Please note that in principle, odd-numbered groups will share seats on the bus.
・Passengers who choose a foreign language may use translation software to communicate. Please note that it is not possible to arrange a foreign language tour leader or translator to accompany you.
・Starting from the meeting point, a tour guide will accompany the tour, provide foreign language information, and inform passengers of important matters such as the meeting time and location in the language of their choice. However, we do not provide attraction introduction services. Please be informed.
・During a group itinerary, it is not possible to leave the group early or midway. If you leave the group midway, you will be deemed to have automatically given up the unfinished itinerary, and no additional refund will be given. Please understand.

Restricted by Japanese law, only licensed tour guides can introduce itineraries and attractions. Therefore, the tour leader of this itinerary can only provide an explanation of the activity process and precautions. The introduction of each tourist attraction will be stated in the travel brochure provided on the day of departure.
People with mobility impairments and wheelchair users must be accompanied by a paying adult.
In case of bad weather, the trip will be canceled. We will notify you via email before 3:00 PM the day before the trip and arrange for you to reschedule or give you a full refund.

Please arrive at the departure point 20 minutes in advance to wait for the bus to avoid missing the boarding time. The bus will leave as soon as the time is up. No waiting will be done after the time limit.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
