The handling fee mentioned in the cancellation policy is the total amount.
This trip adopts double confirmation: after booking and payment are completed, the backend will confirm the ship. If there is no ship, a full refund will be made, or assistance will be provided to arrange other ship types.
After the payment is completed, you will receive a payment success notification email within 1 hour, and you will be notified whether the reservation is successful within 48 hours. Please wait patiently for a reply.
The photos on the itinerary page are for reference only. The actual situation is subject to on-site conditions.
The electronic invoice will be sent by email within three days after the activity is completed.
Equipment provided by the private charter boat for use cannot be replaced or exchanged for cash, regardless of whether it is used or not. If damaged during use, compensation must be paid at the price.
If a typhoon land warning is issued or the wave height is over 2 meters (depending on the vessel type), the trip may be cancelled and a full refund or rescheduled.
If the ship has mechanical problems and is unable to sail, we will refund the full amount or assist in replacing 1 to 2 ships with the same number of people; the transportation, meals and accommodation arrangements related to this itinerary are not the responsibility of the company.
Reminders
Passengers need to bring identification documents (ID card or health insurance card) for random inspection by coast guard personnel.
You need to be barefoot when boarding the boat. There is a shoe basket on the boat for tourists to place their shoes. No refunds will be given for last-minute cancellations while on the boat.
There is an ice bucket on board. For hygiene reasons, please bring your own large towel and use Friendly Ocean sunscreen to ensure your own safety.
Before sailing, avoid eating dairy products and avoid discomfort from overeating. Please take seasickness medication half an hour before sailing.
This ship allows pets to be brought on board (you need to bring your own pet diapers for cleaning, and a cleaning fee will be charged for each pet). If any damage is caused, you will be responsible for compensation!
It is not recommended to board the ship if you have been feeling unwell recently, are pregnant, have chronic diseases, or have heart disease!
Boarding safety comes first, and the captain’s requests and suggestions are given priority! If it causes pollution, you will be responsible for cleaning it up, and if you use it improperly, you will be responsible for compensation for damages.
If there is any illegal activity, the trip will be terminated and the flight will be returned immediately without any refund, and collateral losses will be paid! The company will reserve the right of legal recourse.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 35 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 21 to 34 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 25% will apply
- For cancellations made 16 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–15 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
