・Since you will be outdoors for a long time, please prepare protective gear against the cold.
・We recommend wearing hats, gloves, and underwear made from synthetic fibers instead of cotton.
・We recommend that you wear a wool or fleece top and bottom as a mid-layer, and a waterproof and breathable jacket. We also recommend that you wear high-cut shoes for snowshoes that are warm and waterproof.

Since this is a tour with nature in mind, the schedule may change due to weather, or the tour may be canceled if the guide deems it dangerous. Please note.
Pregnant women, people who are unwell, or those who have been restricted from exercising by a doctor are not allowed to participate.
