- This tour requires a minimum of 15 participants, and each group can accommodate up to 40 participants. If the minimum group size is not met, the tour company will notify you 3 working days prior to departure to arrange an alternative date
- Child rates are applicable for children aged 2-9, with no separate beds provided. Children aged 9 and above are charged as adults. Children below the age of 2 join this tour free of charge, but must share a seat with an adult. Note that each departing group is limited to 1 free seat and 2 child seats
- The appearance of the autumn leaves may vary due to weather conditions, and refunds will not be issued based on the colour of the foliage

Please arrive at the meeting point at least 5 minutes early. Late arrivals or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund to avoid disrupting the schedule

No refunds will be issued if any of Tateyama's 6 modes of transportation are unavailable due to weather, maintenance, or other unexpected events
The appearance/colour of the autumn leaves may vary due to weather, and no refunds will be issued for any dissatisfaction
In cases of special traffic situations, the visitation time at each site may be altered. Compensation and refunds will not be given for such changes
Some venues may be closed for repair or maintenance works on the day of your tour. No compensation or refunds will be given in such cases
If a planned restaurant is closed or full, you will be taken to an alternative restaurant or given a meal voucher
Outdoor activities come with inherent risks. Please assess your own health and capabilities before participating in any activities. In case of accidents due to unforeseen circumstances, the tour company will make rescue efforts but assumes no further responsibility for injuries or fatalities
A tour guide fluent in both Chinese and Cantonese will accompany the group. Any changes to the meeting time or location will be communicated through WhatsApp, WeChat, or Line. Kindly be alert for updates!

Cancellation Policy: For groups of 2 or more, the following fees apply: 100% of payment within 7 days of departure; 50% of payment within 10 days of departure; 20% of payment within 14 days of departure
