●If there are fewer than two participants, the tour may not take place.
*Meals and seats are not included for children (age 6 and under). Children age 6 and over will be charged the adult fare.
●Meals: 1 tea ceremony experience, no dinner
● Private car: 2-seater sedan, 3-6-seater 9-seater wagon, 7-12-seater 20-seater medium-sized bus. (Large buses are not available in Maokong.)
Conditions for children: Children under 4 years old or weighing less than 18kg must use a child seat. If you bring your own, one child seat is free of charge, but if you use a second child or more, a rental fee will be charged (NT$500 per child).
●Guide: One Japanese speaking guide will be provided for the entire trip.
●When applying for a tour, please provide your name, date of birth, and passport number.
●The above times are approximate. Please note that the times may vary slightly depending on traffic conditions on the day.
●The Maokong cable car may be suspended due to weather conditions. In that case, please note that you will be transported by a private vehicle.

●The guide will accompany you in the vehicle from Taipei for the entire trip.
●The meals included in the tour may be served on large platters depending on the number of people. Please note that food is generally served on large platters in restaurants in Taiwan.
*Menus and drinks ordered separately will be charged separately.
If you wish to leave the group, please inform the guide on the day and have them sign the leaving form. Please note that there will be no change in the tour price as this is a request to leave the group at your own convenience.
Please bring water, an umbrella, any medication you require, sunscreen products, or cold-resistant clothing depending on your personal circumstances.

- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
