- Free Hualien Airport/Hualien Railway Station shuttle and guidance services are provided. Advance reservation is required, and pick-up and drop-off services are provided depending on on-site conditions.
- The mileage limit is 400 kilometers (an additional NT$5 will be charged for each kilometer exceeded).

- Foreign passengers:

The pricing is based on vehicle type as follows:

・Any time exceeding 6 hours will be charged as one day.
Reminders
If the vehicle is collided, damaged or stolen, the lessee should immediately report the incident to the police and notify the car rental company. Do not settle privately with the other party or make repairs outside without authorization, otherwise the lessee will bear all damages.
Debit cards/debit cards/UnionPay cards are not accepted.
Payment for renting imported vehicles must be made by credit card, and a deposit of NT$80,000 will be charged upon vehicle pickup. The deposit will be fully refunded upon return of the vehicle if it is undamaged. The rental period for imported vehicles is limited to 200 kilometers per day, with an additional NT$20 charge per kilometer thereafter.

- For cancellations made at least 41 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply
- For cancellations made 31 to 40 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
