After ordering the [Double Ticket Package], you will receive two or three vouchers, one for the ticket and one or two for the exchange vouchers. Please keep them properly.
[Double Ticket Package] Once any voucher (ticket/voucher) has been used, we are sorry that we cannot process a partial refund. If you need to cancel the unused ticket, you must also cancel the entire order. We are sorry that we cannot process a partial cancellation refund.
Tickets for the same order must be redeemed and entered at the same time.
If you need to enter and exit the park multiple times on the same day, please go to the exit to get a re-entry stamp. When you re-enter the park, please show your valid park ticket and stamp at the entrance.
The coupons attached to the tickets are merchandise vouchers and cannot be used in restaurants.
The coupons can be used to redeem items sold in the park, and one coupon can be used for each item. The coupons cannot be used to redeem items sold in restaurants or activity markets.
The consumption vouchers can only be used on the same day, cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional activities, and cannot be exchanged for cash or change.

【Connection plan】
If you order a pure transfer plan, please read the product description for the departure time of each transfer point. Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 10-15 minutes early. Latecomers will not be accepted.
After the reservation is successful, the service staff will notify you one day before departure to confirm whether the group is established and confirm the departure time and location with you. Please be sure to pay attention to the order message one day before departure and follow the notification to enter the service group in advance, and confirm that the mobile phone signal is unobstructed.
According to traffic regulations, 1 seat is required for 1 person. Adults and infants are priced the same. Please place an order based on the exact number of people traveling (including infants). If the number of people on the departure day does not match the registered number and the vehicle cannot carry the passengers smoothly, the service staff has the right to refuse to board and no refund will be given.
