4. The cross-border private charter car time is 10 hours. The overtime service fee is HKD$1000 per hour. The fee must be paid in cash.

    - Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning Signal: To protect the safety of drivers and customers, our company will suspend services when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued. Pickup service will be arranged separately.
14. The Hong Kong government stipulates that starting from November 1, 2025, children aged 8 or below must use safety seats or other child restraint devices when traveling in private cars (including Vehicle Rental), otherwise it will be considered illegal. 
15. ⁠If guests are intended to use this product with children aged 8 or below, please (note the number of children at the time of purchase/ select the appropriate number of children at the time of purchase/ purchase a suitable package for children) so that the service provider can make appropriate arrangements.
