- There is no time limit for the round-trip ferry ticket. With the ticket, you can take the selected ferry at any time within the departure date
- Full ticket: 12-65 years old; half-ticket on-site purchase at the counter: 3-12 years old, seniors over 65 years old, handbook of physical and mental disabilities and one accompanying person (half-ticket)
- 3-12 and over 65 years old can buy half tickets at the counter
- All flights on the same day can be boarded by the queuing system and cannot be reserved. If the flight is full, it may be added at an interval of 20-30 minutes (this part needs to be confirmed with the shipping company on the day)

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
