- 1). After confirming the course or customizing the product, you need to provide an electronic file of a clear image of your pet in advance.

If you are unable to attend after payment is completed, you can apply for a refund through the order system, and 30% of the ticket price will be charged for all expenses incurred.
Since designers need to prepare materials one day before the event, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted the day before the event.

・There are water dispensers at the event site. To be environmentally friendly, customers are asked to bring their own water bottles or cups.
・Customers should abide by the rules of the event venue and cooperate with the instructions of the on-site instructor. If there is any violation and any damage is caused, the customer will be responsible for it.
・If participation in the event is terminated due to reasons beyond the responsibility of Houshan Metal Works, no refund will be given.
・If classes are suspended due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, Houshan Jinggongfang will proactively contact you for an extension or refund. In the event of a typhoon, the class suspension standards announced by the event venue will be the class opening and refund standards, regardless of the location of the participants.
・The organizer will take side photos of the experience activities based on needs and upload them to the Houshan Jinggongfang community after the event. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your portrait for event records or other recruitment channel promotions. If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site and we will take note and make special arrangements.
