- Please make sure that you are in good health. Those with sudden illnesses such as heart disease, high blood pressure, pregnancy, etc. are not suitable for participating in the experience. Please do not sign up.
- If you have past or current medical conditions, such as dizziness, arthritis, heart disease, pregnancy or childbirth in the past year, high blood pressure, major surgery, stroke, diabetes, or other medical conditions (such as asthma, please Prepare medication), please inform us in particular. Our company will make special arrangements based on individual circumstances. If there is no notification of an accident, the company will not bear any legal responsibility.
- This activity includes 2 million accident insurance. [Special Note: (1) According to the insurance law, persons under 15 years old and over 65 years old can only purchase medical insurance worth RMB 200,000, and accident insurance does not provide coverage. (2) The insurance for this trip is American Chubb Product Insurance's "Special Event Travel Insurance 2 million". If there are repeated insurances, the insurance company will not cover it and the premium will not be refunded. (3) This is a specific event and not all insurance companies can insure it. - Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point on time. Passengers who are late for more than 30 minutes will not be able to join the itinerary or continue the itinerary, and will not be able to refund or reschedule. We apologize for your understanding.
- Please be sure to fill in the event registration form completely. The information includes insurance-related personal information, height and weight, so that our company can prepare activity equipment for you.
- SUP has free attributes and is weak in wind and wave resistance in operation. All experiences must focus on safety. Be sure to listen carefully during operation training.
- During the activity, please follow the instructions of the coach. The company will not be held responsible if you leave the group or engage in unsafe behavior due to disobedience.
- This activity will adjust the sailing distance and experience content in a timely manner based on the conditions of each participant and weather factors. The itinerary may be partially adjusted due to weather, wind and waves and cannot be used as a request for refund.
- No refunds will be given if the voyage is not completed due to sudden changes in weather, safety considerations or personal factors during the activity.
- Before the event started, we were notified by the company that the weather conditions were bad and it was not suitable for sailing. You may have the option of postponement or refund.
- After arriving at the event site on the day of the event, the on-site leader coach determines that the sea conditions are poor or it is not suitable to sail due to safety concerns, and the event is canceled on-site. The event can be postponed or refunded after deducting part of the personnel and administrative insurance fee of NT$100 per person.

Each group must have a minimum of 5 people (one person per board, at least 5 people must travel; two people per board, at least 10 people must travel); when the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of people in the group specified above, the tour will be canceled 3 days before the departure date An email notification of tour cancellation was sent out on the same day.
Please wear water clothing (jellyfish suits, beach pants, etc...) when participating in SUP activities. If you are afraid of the sun, it is recommended to wear thin long sleeves and thin pants. It is also recommended to bring a hat, sunscreen, light raincoat, change of clothes, water bottle, towel, warm clothing and personal items ashore.
You must wear a life jacket during the activity and are not allowed to take it off. Violators will be responsible for their own responsibilities.
It is recommended to wear water shoes, rubber shoes, amphibious shoes that cover the heels and toes, or you can rent river tracing shoes as an add-on option for $100.
If you are prone to seasickness, please take your own seasickness medicine 30 minutes before the activity starts.
For those who are short-sighted on the day of the event, if their glasses may fall off and for safety reasons, please wear glasses straps to secure them. If you wear disposable contact lenses, please prepare a lens to prevent the glasses from falling and affecting your safety.
Please keep your belongings properly. We will not be responsible for compensation if lost or damaged by falling into water.
Do not engage in water recreation activities after drinking alcoholic beverages.
Please use event equipment in accordance with normal operating procedures. You will be responsible for compensation if it is damaged or lost without reason.
If the activity has already started and the pre-departure instruction has been completed, and the team has already set off, if the gathering is overdue by 30 minutes and the participants are unable to participate or are absent, no refunds will be given in the above circumstances.
Our company provides accompanying photos during the event. The company has the right to use the photos during the event and publish them on web pages, social media or advertisements. If you do not want to appear on the Internet, please also inform the instructor who takes the photos on site.

- For cancellations made at least 7 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
