Once you receive the itinerary confirmation, the reservation is completed. Please arrive at the site on time according to the reservation time and present the 6-digit redemption code in the letter to redeem. No additional phone call is required to make a reservation.
Each order has one chance to change the time. You can contact KKday customer service staff to apply 3 days before the original booking time. Late applications will not be accepted. Hot spring facility rooms are not allowed for one person. You must be over 20 years old to check in. When checking in, you must present a valid ID (ID card, health insurance card, driver's license, passport or passport) of the "booking guest".
