－ Car Rental Time and Cost－
- Based on 24 hours, 3 days and 2 nights total 48 hours
- An overtime fee (10% of the MyVan official website announcement price) must be paid on-site for 1 hour overtime, and more than or exactly 6 hours are counted as one day.
Example 1: pick up the car at 9:00 am on 12/01; return the car at 9:00 am on 12/03 The car rental time is: 48 hours (normal return)
Example 2: pick up the car at 9:00 am on 12/01; return the car at 6:00 pm on 12/03 The car rental time is: 57 hours (additional one-day fee for overtime)

・For an additional fee of $2500NT, you can enjoy an extra time discount for self-service return of the car at the designated parking lot near the delivery location within 7:30 pm-10:30 pm on Sunday.
・Please note in the order if necessary, the fee will be charged together with the parking fee, toll fee, etc. after the trip.
・The designated parking lot will not open until 7:30 pm. If you return the car early, you will need to pay an additional $750NT for moving the car.
Example 1: If you purchase a campervan for 3 days and 2 nights self-driving tour project (48 hours) and pick up the car at 12/03 (Friday) 10:00 am, and return the car at 12/05 (Sunday) 8:00 pm, the rental time is 58 hours, if If you use the Starlight Return Delay Plan to complete the self-service return at the designated parking lot, the 10-hour extra delay fee will not be charged separately.
Example 2: If you buy a campervan for 3 days and 2 nights self-driving tour project (48 hours), pick up the car at 10:00 am on 11/19 (Friday), return the car at 4:00 pm on 11/21 (Sunday), and rent the car for 54 hours, if If you return the car in advance using the Starlight Return Delay Plan, the additional 6-hour delay fee will not be charged separately. However, there is an additional $750NT moving fee.

- The rent does not include fuel, and the fuel used by the vehicle must be provided by the lessee. When returning the car, the fuel in the fuel tank should not be lower than the amount of fuel when the car was dispatched. - Things to note when renting a car for foreigners
1. When the sales personnel hand over the car, the instructions will be given in full Chinese.
2. Necessary documents: International driving license (requires recognition in Taiwan), passport, credit card (credit limit must be above US$3,000)
3. When foreigners take out insurance, it currently only covers compulsory auto insurance. Third party liability insurance, vehicle body insurance and passenger insurance are not included. If an accident occurs, the driver must bear the responsibility for the accident and financial losses.
4. The system will retain a credit limit of US$3,000 as a deposit on the day you pick up the car, and no payment will be deducted. The credit limit will be returned 15 working days after returning the car.
(The deposit will be automatically used to deduct unpaid tickets, unpaid parking fees, and self-pay amounts not covered by car insurance)
- Compulsory car insurance (Myvan will automatically insure you)
Compulsory insurance can only protect the injuries of others in a car accident, including the passengers in your own car, the driver and passengers of other cars, and passers-by; it cannot protect the driver (himself) of your own car from being injured.
A. Injury medical benefits: up to 200,000 NTD per person.
B. Disability benefits: up to 2 million NTD per person.
C. Death benefit: a fixed benefit of 2 million NTD per person.
Note. Car insurance covers car collision accidents, but does not cover self-collision and theft caused by improper driving. The car insurance fee is US$13 per day, which will be charged to your credit card after the trip is confirmed.

The average daily mileage of the vehicle is limited to 500 kilometers. For those who exceed 500 kilometers, an additional NT$7 will be charged for each kilometer

On the day of pick-up the car will be on-hold without deducting a NT$45,000 credit line as a deposit, and the on-hold will be canceled within 15 days after returning the car
The deposit will be used to automatically deduct unpaid fines, unpaid parking fees, and self-pay deductions not covered by car insurance
Please bring your driver's license, ID card and credit card for verification on the day of pick-up.
Fuel is not included in the rental fee. If the fuel volume when returning the car is lower than the fuel volume when leaving the car, the lessee must go to the gas station to refuel by himself, or agree to the car rental company to charge the shortage of fuel oil plus NT$500 service fee
Pet car: Furry children are counted as one child, please indicate the need for pet car and the number of fur children in the remarks. If there is no special car for pets, a cleaning fee of 3,000 yuan will be charged after cleaning by the cleaning staff

- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
