- Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be reissued. If the voucher is damaged but the serial number and verification code remain legible, it may still be used.
- A uniform invoice is issued at the time of purchase; it will not be re-issued upon use.

- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
