Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Heart disease, Epilepsy, Pregnant women, Asthma
The activity arrangements will be adjusted based on the conditions of participants, facilities, weather factors, etc., with safety and overall quality as the highest considerations.
If the weather or on-site conditions are not good during the activity, please follow the instructions of the coach and team leader.
Demonstrate team spirit and assist teammates, and do not leave the team to act on your own.
If there are any changes due to weather or venue factors, we will notify you by phone or message as soon as possible so that you can fully understand the situation. Please ensure that the contact information is correct. If you fill in incorrect information and cannot be contacted later, your rights may be harmed (for example: you will not be able to participate in the event) and you will not be able to get a refund.
No postponement or refund will be accepted if you do not participate in the activity due to personal reasons during the non-cancellable period. (Examples of personal factors: diagnosis, injury, menstrual period, car accident, oversleeping...) Participants are responsible for reading these terms and conditions before payment, and understand and bear the relevant risks.
The activity will proceed normally on rainy days. If the Central Weather Bureau issues a sea/land or heavy rain warning, the activity will be postponed or cancelled.
If the above-mentioned alarm is activated during the activity or the instructor determines that the activity cannot be carried out safely and ends the activity early, no refund or re-appointment will be arranged.
In the event of force majeure such as typhoons, heavy rains, water conditions, etc., the company reserves the right to change the itinerary, such as postponement or cancellation, if the company assesses that the day is not suitable for the activity.
Late arrival/no show: If a participant is more than 20 minutes late from the meeting time, the registration will be automatically cancelled and no additional waiting time or joining the activity will be accepted. There will be no refunds or postponements for participants who are unable to participate in the event due to lateness/no-show. If there is a slight delay (within 20 minutes), please inform the coach 15-20 minutes before the meeting time.
Sunrise is a natural phenomenon. It depends on the weather conditions on the day and cannot be guaranteed to be seen.
From the time you sign up to the end of the event, you agree to abide by the following rules: (1) Do not overtake the coach (2) Follow the coach's instructions throughout the event (3) Do not leave the team (4) Leave no trace in the ocean (5) Pay attention to your own safety. If you suffer any accidental injury or death due to personal negligence, or if you conceal your personal physical discomfort and fail to proactively inform the company or on-site personnel, please be responsible for it yourself.
The company will provide accompanying photography during the event. The company has the right to use the photos taken during the event and publish them on the website, social media or in advertisements.
Please be advised that after registration, if the traveler is unable to travel due to being diagnosed with COVID-19 or being required to be quarantined or other epidemic factors, cancellation or refund will not be possible.
Please do not remove your safety equipment without instructions.
