If you miss the 3pm bus, the next one isn't until 5:40pm, so be careful! The bus stop at Terminal 2 is on the opposite side from the arrival exit! It's a short walk. Once you arrive, turn right, turn right again when you see the post office, and go straight! There are counters for each company in the waiting area. At the Daiyu Bus counter, you show your voucher. The toilets are under construction, so you should use the toilets before the post office. There's a food court in the basement of the arrival area, so I used that. At the bus stop, there are lanes for each bus number. I lined up in lane 1960 and had a man put my luggage in for me. I had also told the driver in advance where I wanted to get off. I got off in front of Zhongxiao Fuxing Station. If you're staying in this area next to SOGO, I think the limousine bus is a better option than the MRT, and it's simpler than transferring at Taipei Main Station. However, if you get stuck in evening traffic, it can take up to an hour.
