The transportation was convenient, the accommodation was great, the breakfast was delicious, and the hotel was very thoughtful in separating dining times. Although it was a bit of a pity that the seats were separated on the return trip, there were also various ways to travel between the high-speed rail station and the city. Overall, the experience was great.

The hotel staff was friendly. Room was clean and spacious. I liked the complimentary 40 minute foot steam. When you check in, they ask you when you would like to schedule the foot steam because it is on the 9th floor and a hotel staff will meet you there to get the room prepard for you.

After the factory tour, we were able to see everything. There was a discount on the entrance fee, and entry was easy.

The restaurant is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It's a great place to relax, and there are plenty of snacks nearby. 👍

Because of the limited 2-day, 1-night itinerary, I couldn't do too much sightseeing. I chose to stay at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, a five-star hotel. The lobby was comfortable, with many teddy bears on the sofas, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were large, the beds were comfortable, and the facilities were good. The breakfast was excellent, plentiful, and delicious. However, for a five-star hotel, the following aspects could be improved: 1. Check-in time was 4 PM, and check-out time was 11 AM. This was the latest check-in I've ever experienced. 2. The swimming pool only opened in the afternoon, not in the morning, making it impossible to use for a 2-day, 1-night trip. 3. No lotion was provided, even when needed. 4. No water was provided; you had to fill your own water bottle. While not providing bottled water for environmental reasons is understandable, in all the hotels I've stayed in, both domestically and internationally, truly environmentally conscious hotels provide recyclable glass bottles. This is the first time I've encountered a five-star hotel that requires guests to fill their own water bottles. 5. There was no train timetable. There is no high-speed rail shuttle bus nearby. Since the hotel is close to Tainan Railway Station, guests taking the high-speed rail can transfer to the Taiwan Railway and then walk to the hotel. When I asked the hotel reception for return train schedules to the high-speed rail station, they said they didn't have a timetable and I should check online myself. I think the hotel could be more considerate and provide a timetable for guests who need it.
