We had an amazing trip with Ms. Zhu. Her driving was very smooth and safe. We were able to stop by Longyin Temple and Fenqihu before going to Alishan. Since we left around 8:00 from Taichung, we were able to explore Fenqihu peacefully and had a bento lunch before the many tourists buses came. When we got to Alishan, Ms. Zhu gave us an itinerary that helped us explore Alishan efficiently and still allowed us to make it on the 3:15pm train from Shenmu station back to Alishan station. After Alishan, we headed back to our B&B in Fanlu and Ms. Zhu was kind enough to make a quick stop at a cozy tea shop to let us join a quick tea tasting because she knows we wanted to buy some Alishan tea to take back home. It was a very fun experience overall and I highly recommend booking this private charter to have a stress-free trip ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food was delicious, the scenery was beautiful, the train ride was so relaxing, and the carriage smelled amazing!

It was a very comfortable trip. After gathering in the morning, we took a bus to Alishan, stopping at a tea plantation for a break and tea tasting along the way. We arrived around noon and dropped off our luggage at the hotel. We then found our own lunch. In the afternoon, there was a guided tour of the trails. Dinner was provided in the evening. The next morning, we went to Zhushan to watch the sunrise, and then hiked the trails on our own. Since we had a guided tour of the sacred tree on the first afternoon, we went to see the Cherry King and Cherry Queen on the second morning. Then, a shuttle bus took us to Fenqihu to take the small train to Chiayi. There was also a guided tour on the small train. The transportation, meals, and stops along the way were all well-arranged. I was also lucky enough to see the Cherry King in full bloom, which was a wonderful memory.

Arrangements was perfect and we do have sufficient time to be on our own and the drivers are very prompt and courteous.

The trip was very well-organized and complete, including visits not only to the Alishan National Park area, but also connected sites like Beimen Station, Fenqihu Station, and Hinoki Village; this gave us the bigger picture of train and forestry culture surrounding Alishan. The driver/guide Mr. Xu explained each site and took us many pictures. He was also very accommodating to my older parents when they needed to go to the restroom multiple times. When we arrived at Alishan, we received two train tickets (Alishan to Zhaoping and Shenmu to Alishan) and a recommended route for our self-guided trek inside; we were then able to explore multiple key sites in a relaxed pace. A good bento lunch, some local snacks, and bottles of water were also provided at the start of the trip. Overall it was well-worth what we paid considering how large and confusing going around Alisha can be.

I made a special trip south to Chiayi to see the lantern festival, but because my reservation time was earlier than usual, I arrived in Chiayi earlier than planned. Due to the change in my itinerary and the fact that all vehicles were already rented out for the festival, things were very tight. Thankfully, the shop owner, his wife, and staff were incredibly helpful and assisted us. They resolved our problems very well, allowing us to proceed with our trip smoothly. We are so grateful! Thank you to the beautiful owner and the handsome owner and staff; their service was exceptionally friendly. I truly can only give them five stars!
