The meeting point was pleasant, offering simple drinks, restrooms, and seating areas for resting while waiting. It's recommended to arrive early to check in. Staff will lead everyone to the sightseeing bus parking area about 10 minutes before departure; the process was quite smooth. The tour includes live Japanese audio guides, while other languages are presented via pre-recorded audio files. While the information is comprehensive, the real-time interaction is slightly lacking. The route covers major landmarks such as Tokyo Station, Imperial Palace, and Tokyo Tower. Compared to walking, taking the bus allows for a more complete view of the city. Overall, the tour is relaxed, with a clear itinerary, making it particularly suitable for families or travelers who want to quickly familiarize themselves with Tokyo.

I've been back many times. I usually go on weekday evenings. It's quiet, not crowded, and everyone is very well-mannered, so it's a very comfortable place to be. The staff are also polite and helpful. This time I went on a Friday. The performance and attentiveness of the woman doing the Aufguss in the sauna was wonderful.
