Having endured a two hour wait in Hanoi, I decided to try KKDay in Phu Quoc. The service was impeccable. The guide was right where I expected, despite a late flight, with a clearly marked sign. She then walked me to the fast track desk, past several hundred of my poor fellow passengers. Once through immigration she ensured I knew where to go next, and answered my questions. All round a perfect service that I would not hesitate to use again and again, and would recommend to anyone.
"The moment I landed in Ho Chi Minh City, everything felt like it was on a smooth, unobstructed journey. As I stepped off the plane, the arrival staff were already waiting with a sign in the arrival hall—instantly, I knew my trip would go very well. At passport control and immigration, the fast-track process took less than ten minutes, completely avoiding the long queues of regular passengers. There were also staff to guide me through baggage and customs, with dedicated personnel assisting with retrieval and assistance. It was practically a matter of 'getting up from my seat on the plane → leaving the airport' in a short time. Moreover, the staff were incredibly professional and friendly, and communication was seamless, which was a huge relief for first-time visitors or weary travelers. Compared to the long queues at regular immigration, I felt the difference of the 'VIP lane.' If you value time, comfort, and a good first impression, this fast-track service is definitely worth the investment. From the moment you arrive, your journey is already on track, allowing you to begin your adventure in Ho Chi Minh City in a relaxed and enjoyable state."
I had never heard of the fast track system, but I came across it by chance when I booked a tour of Halong Bay. Looking at blogs by people who had traveled to Vietnam, I saw that immigration would be extremely crowded around the time our flight was due to arrive, so I applied with some skepticism, but I'm so glad I did! I was worried about whether I'd be able to meet the staff, but they wrote down my name and waited for me, which made it incredibly easy to understand. It was really helpful that I was able to leave in less than 10 minutes, even though the queue was unbelievable. I had checked my luggage this time, so I waited a bit for my suitcase to come out, but even then, no one else was there. I'll definitely apply again, and I'll recommend it to all my friends going to Vietnam!!
The half-day trip was fulfilling, with guide Steven providing clear and detailed explanations and attentive service. It was a fantastic itinerary, and I would definitely choose KKDay again for my next travel trip! 👍
Honestly, I think it's a hundred times better than being rude and rude. It's much better because they even pick up your luggage from the airport. They're friendly, convenient, and safe. These days, even other places in Southeast Asia seem scary...
